History of the Case<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is alleged that the decedent presented to the defendant\u2019s hospital with a fever, pain, and other symptoms. He was treated with antibiotics. The plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the defendant, asserting negligent hiring and supervision and medical malpractice claims.<\/p>\n
