Recently, a New York court issued a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nycourts.gov\/courts\/AD2\/Handdowns\/2022\/Decisions\/D69236.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ruling<\/a> in which it discussed the evidence needed to establish fault in car crash cases.
