The Facts of the Case<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is alleged that the defendant, who was the plaintiff\u2019s primary care physician, failed to diagnose the plaintiff\u2019s ulcerative colitis in a timely manner. Due to the delay, he suffered a perforated colon which required a permanent ileostomy.
