Recently, a New York court <a href=\"https:\/\/law.justia.com\/cases\/new-york\/appellate-division-fourth-department\/2021\/377-ca-20-00684.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">discussed<\/a> the evaluation of evidence in a medical malpractice case in which the plaintiff filed an appeal on numerous evidentiary grounds.
